Transaction Currency: All items are listed in US Dollars.

Shipping Policy: We ship only to US & Canada. Shipping Calculator will only work for US States. If you are from Canada, please send us an email at sales@gizmosforlife.com and we will send you a shipping quote.

-    US Customers: All items will be shipped from US Warehouse.
-    Canadian Customers: All items will be shipped from Canadian Warehouse.

Shipping Companies: We ship via UPS & FedEx. Due to this, we cannot ship to PO Box or APO/FPO Address.

Shipping/Handling: All items are generally shipped within 1 to 3 business days after receiving the confirmed payment. If it is a Pre-Order, it will be shipped when it is released. If Item has gone out of stock, we will inform you immediately and then you can decide if you want to wait or would like to have refund.

Customs/Brokerage Charges: There will be no customs or brokerage charge for US & Canadian Customers.

Payments: We accept all credit cards (AMEX, VISA, MasterCard, Discover) through Paypal. You do not need Paypal account to make payment via Credit Card. Alternatively, if you already have a Paypal account, you can make payment via your Paypal account. Our Paypal account is in the name of BSEK Tech Consultants.

All orders will be shipped to your billing address (for Credit Cards) and to confirmed address (for Paypal payments).

You can also make payment using your bank account via Paypal.

Returns / Refund: You can return the most items within 30 days from the delivery date. If you wish to return an item, please send an email to sales@gizmosforlife.com. We will assign Return Authorization (RA) and send you the steps to return the item. Item must be returned in original packing with all contents. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. If the item is returned in a damaged condition, return will be refused.

Items without RA no on the package will be refused. You must ask for RA no prior to return the item. We will send you RA no and return shipping address.

Shipping & Handling is not refundable. There will be 15% restocking fee on all returns. Shipping cost to send the item back is Buyer's responsibility.

We have no return policy on computer software, GPS Charts / Software, GPS Data Cards (SD, Micros SD or any other format), computer accessories, Software, iPod Accessories and video game items unless they are defective.

If you have received the defective/damaged item, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will replace the item without any extra cost. If you only want to return the defective item and do not need exchange, then refund will be processed minus shipping.

Items reported as defective will be checked upon arrival. If not found defective or if item is returned damaged (or found to be handled roughly), 30% restocking fee will be charged.   

Warranty: All items are covered by manufacturer warranty and duration is mentioned with each item.

Taxes: We do not charge taxes from US Buyers. We charge GST from Canadian Buyers.

Security: We use 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for all transactions.

Privacy Policy: We collect personal information to process your order. Your information is not shared or sold to any other organization/individual.
